Raymond Eugene Brown is a deceased Alabama serial killer who committed his first three murders in 1960 at the age of of 14. He was paroled in 1973 and then raped and attempted to kill his landlady.  Brown was sent back to prison when he paroled again in 1986.
Brown was convicted of murdering a mother and her daughter in 1987 and sentenced to death.
