Robert Frederick Carr, a serial rapist, serial killer and sexual predator who died in prison on July 6, 2007. Considered one of the most diabolical killers in South Florida history. Carr is also responsible for at least one murder in Connecticut. In 1976 Carr pleaded guilty to kidnapping, raping and murdering an 11 year old and a 16-year-old hitchhiker.
